Clover Island Restroom & Boat Launch Phase 7

In 2016, the Port of Kennewick received a Washington State RCO Boating Facilities grant to improve the  boat launch, the upland area which included paving / hardscape, stone decorative walls, pedestrian facilities, landscape / irrigation and installation of restroom/storage building and associated utilities.

 

The improvements occurred on the opposite side of the street from the recent lighthouse plaza development (Phase 1).

 

Zollner Landscape Architecture was involved with the design of hardscape patterning, picnic and viewing area, peripheral stone walls for traffic control, planting scheme and irrigation system.
