Willows 124 Business Park is an existing project site. It’s located at the northwest corner of N.E. 124th Street and Willows Road, Kirkland, WA. The initial project was completed in the early ‘80’s; with several three story structures with a total of 55,910 square feet of commercial office space. The site accommodates over 348 car spaces. Completed in the Fall of 2011.

 

The landscape architect’s involvement included the following overall tasks:

• Upgrade the overall appearance of the six

  acre site.

• Provide a Tree Inventory Plan and

  Assessment that addressed tree health

  and safety.

• Generate a Mitigation Re-forestation Plan

  for the proposed tree removal.

• Re-design the main entry plaza for

  Building ‘A’.
