Village Phase 1, Clover Island

ZLA is a member of the Herath Architects Design Team which focused on Village Phase 1. This parcel of property is  located on the south central portion of the island. ( a parcel of property with a shoreline of  300’ lineal feet).

The major focus was  to develop and improve the shoreline with pedestrian access and a formal structure that houses a series of display cases housed in conjunction with a steel arbor and stone columns. Cultural items from Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation will  be displayed as an educational point of interest.

ZLA assisted with the concrete paver selection (hardscape and groundcover stone material), basalt grouping, research on the wood board walk material selection /  specification and the production of landscape and irrigation plans.
