Mr. Zollner worked with the owner to finalize the design goal which was to integrate the property, the main residence, guesthouses, well house tower, the barn, and a massive ornamental gate with a network of pedestrian and vehicular connections.

The design intent focused on renovation of existing structures and landscape without compromising the ‘island farm character’ and the natural site beauty. Large established Western Red Cedars and Douglas Fir groves are randomly placed around the site.
