Everett High School, Everett, Washington

 

The Everett High School project entailed historic renovation of the early 1910 structure along with site improvements to the main campus  area and streetscape. The High School is one of the original school buildings in the Everett School District punctuated with landmark significance.

 

Design and construction involved complete interior and exterior renovation of the historic building and main portion of the campus (city block site area) Full restoration of the open spaces were based upon past historical l record focusing on pedestrian linkages and site amenities to be restored and included. The half-moon crescent sidewalk configures the front of the school and underscored the central gathering area on the east side of the building.

 

Services included: site analysis of all existing features, master plan review process with school staff, historic renovation of site and landscape architecture.
