This residence is situated on several acres in the southern portion of Salem, Oregon. The views to the east take advantage of the Cascade Mountain Range. The site is grounded with a large grove of Oregon White Oak on the south west corner. The home is located on one level and the site is a subtle grade to the north.

The design concept aligned the main home entry and the primary mountain top view of the Cascades. The gardens surround the home with the more formal lawn areas in and around the home while the more native landscape buffers the home from the property lines.
